1. No Refund Policy
Serenic Brilliance does not provide refunds once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Please carefully review your product selection, quantity, delivery address, and order details before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot normally be cancelled for a refund.
2. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through our website.
Products cannot be returned because of:

- Color preference

- Ordering the wrong quantity
- No longer wanting the product

3. Handmade Product Variations
Many of our resin art and creative products may be handmade or individually prepared.
Minor differences in:

- Pattern
- Shape
- Texture
- Resin finish
- Decorative details
may naturally occur.
Such variations are considered part of the handmade character of the product and are not grounds for a return or refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Although we maintain quality checks and carefully package orders, if you receive a product that is significantly damaged during transit or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
You may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs or video of the product
- Details describing the issue
Any request will be reviewed by Serenic Brilliance on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error or shipping damage, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
5. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.
After verification, we may arrange an appropriate resolution where the error is attributable to Serenic Brilliance.
6. Delivery Refusal
Customers should not refuse delivery solely because they have changed their mind or no longer want the product.
Refusing or abandoning a shipment does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
7. Customized or Personalized Products
Customized and personalized products are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements.
Such products are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law or where Serenic Brilliance determines that the product was incorrectly produced.
8. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellation may not be possible.
If you wish to request a cancellation, contact us immediately. Any cancellation request will be considered only if the order has not yet entered processing or production.

Customers are responsible for checking product information, specifications, quantity, and shipping details before placing an order.
Serenic Brilliance is not responsible for returns, refunds, or replacements arising from customer errors, including incorrect address or incorrect product selection.
